Surfing around the World
Ever since I was young I have wanted to learn how to surf, but the opportunity never really presented itself to me. Now that I am going to be traveling around the world and seeing all of the worlds amazing beaches, I figure I should learn how to surf so i can surf the world. Unfortunately I live in Wyoming and far from the shore, so the only thing I can really do until I hit S. America is look up some tutorials online and information about surfing. Oh, and learn the vocabulary. That’s a gnarly wave bra.
So once I start my journey look for some videos of me learning how to surf in S. America and then surfing around the world.

I think surfing is a great way to connect with yourself. Just be careful of sandbars and tide pools. Again an amazing adventure. Oh, and sharks, they are always great company. You should swim with them, ya know, feed em.

That would be fun, as long as I’m not the bait.

I say we feed sharks, but watch you long legs. That could be an issue.

I recently came across story and thought you may be a great fit for the project that I am working on! I work for the company that is producing Mutual of Omaha’s official sponsor of the aha moment campaign – visit http://www.ahamoment.com to see what an aha moment is and the great real stories we have collected so far.
Associated to that, we have a 34-foot Airstream mobile film studio that is traveling the US on a 25-city tour to capture the country’s aha moments. We are headed to Cheyenne on Thursday and Friday (Aug. 27th & 28th), and would love to invite you to share the story of what led you to embark on this adventure you are about to go on. You would just have to step into the Airstream studio for a few minutes and tell your story on film, which will then be posted to http://www.ahamoment.com about a week later.
We would love to have you if you are interested! We will be parked at Cheyenne Botanic Gardens (710 S Lions Park Dr.) Thursday, Aug. 27th (Noon to 8pm) and Friday, Aug. 28th (10am to 8pm).
